For my secondary research i had used three different types of research.
My first way of research was by observing the employees at Murdoch's.
- Murdoch's employees work hard and have fun while working.
- They do get along, and when they don't, they don't let it affect their job.
- They all communicate with one another and do their best to make Murdoch's successful.
- They help out customers as best as they can and try and help them with whatever it is they need.
- They do their best to make Murdoch's a place that people would want to go back to.
For my second way of research was using Murdoch's official site.

- The history
- The brands
- Specials, New stuff and events
- store locations
For my third way of research i used the employees personal opinions.
- some employees think that working at murdoch's is great and they love it
- they think it may be becoming more successful
- they treat customers with respect, even when they may be rude
- they think it is a great employment oppurtunity
- they think it is a good working environment
