The employees at Murdoch's Ranch Home and Supply communicate by interacting with one another. They have to communicate with eachother to find things or people in the store. There aren't any unspoken laws of my subculture. Some groups that exist inside the subculture that i have chosen was snowboarders, skiers, and a cheerleader.
Conclusion
The patterns i saw while observing was that the employees in the clothing department had to do the same things everyday. They had to put clothes where they go and with the right brands and sizes. During the interviews i had noticed that some of them had given me the same answers but not direclty. They all say that working at Murdoch's is a wonderful job and they like it. They all want to work there for a long period of time. some of the employees think that Murdoch's is growing and becoming some what successful, because the business is growing. My assumptions were correct. They do work hard and they do get along when needed. They help out the customers as best as they can and they try their hardest, while having fun. During my observations i did not run into any obsticles at all. My group that i had chosen was not hard to observe because they had just did what they needed to do, and didnt really pay any attention to me. They had helped me with some of my questions and they did not mind me being around.
